GS1 Data integrations
The implementation of GS1 Data causes changes to integrations.
We are currently building a new service for product information management. We are combining and replacing the functionalities offered by GS1 Synkka and GS1 Rekisteri, and bringing our customers a new comprehensive and evolving solution for product information management.
The new service, GS1 Data, will replace the current GS1 Synkka during 2026.
Our key goal is to ensure that the transition to the new service is as smooth as possible for customers using integrations. We will take care of the migration, i.e., the transfer of data to the new service, but the customers are responsible for making the necessary changes to their own systems to ensure continued use of the interfaces.
The test environment will open for customers providing product information on April 22nd, and for customers receiving product information on June 1st.
