GS1 Synkka price for product data suppliers
The GS1 Synkka price consists of:
- One-time joining fee, the amount of which is determined by the way the service is used (user interface or integration), and
- Annual fee, which is determined according to the company's turnover (Table 1).
When ordering the Synkka service, the joining fee and the annual fee portion of that year (remaining full months) will be invoiced. For example, if you order in May, you will pay the joining fee in full and a 7-month portion of the annual fee (June-December).
For future years, the invoicing period for annual fees is the calendar year, and annual fees are invoiced one year in advance in January.

The price for expert work related to projects is 200 € per hour.
All the prices are stated without value added tax (VAT 0%). The payment term is 14 days net.
GS1 Synkka price for data recipients
The GS1 Synkka service has a one-time commissioning fee for data recipients, which is determined by the way the service is used (user interface or integration). There is no separate annual fee for using the service to receive product information.

The price of work related to projects is 200 € / hour.
All the prices are stated without value added tax (VAT 0%). The payment term is 14 days net.

GS1 Synkka for product data suppliers
The annual fee is 25 € /product* (VAT 0 %)
- Payment minimum 500 € / year (VAT 0 %)
- Payment maximum 15 000 € / year (VAT 0 %)
*) An active product means a base unit whose status in GS1 Synkka is published or live. The amount of products to be invoiced does not include drafts, discontinued or canceled products, nor cases or pallets. The unique GTIN of the base unit is counted only once.
When ordering the service, the annual fee portion of that year (remaining full months) will be invoiced. For example, when ordering in May, seven months of the annual fee is paid (June–December). The payment is based on the estimate of the number of products given by the customer.
In future years, the billing period will be the calendar year and the annual fee will be billed in January. The payment is based on the number of active products in the service. It is calculated as the average of the product quantity of the last day of each month of the previous year.
GS1 Synkka for receiving product information
Annual fee 3 000 € (VAT 0 %)
When ordering the service, the annual fee portion of that year (remaining full months) will be invoiced. For example, when ordering in May, seven months of the annual fee is paid (June–December).
In future years, the billing period will be the calendar year and the annual fee will be billed in January.
