In matters regarding invoicing and contracts, and advise on purchasing our services, please contact GS1 Customer Service.


In GS1's customer management portal, you can:

  • go directly to GS1 Rekisteri and GS1 Synkka without a separate login
  • manage your own GS1 service users, access rights and contact persons
  • maintain your company's contact and invoicing information
  • submit support requests to GS1 Service Support and review their solutions
  • contact GS1 Customer Service.

Application for transfer of GS1 services
