GS1 Finland telephone service will be renewed November 9, 2022

We want to streamline our telephone service and offer our customers an answer as quickly as possible, especially to the most urgent questions. Therefore, we will soon serve our customers under two different service numbers.

From November 9, 2022, we will introduce new service numbers where our customer service will serve based on the subject of the contact as follows:

purchasing our services

Assistance and guidance in questions and technical problems related to the use of our services

GS1 Service support +358 60 004 299
(1,90 €/min + standard mobile rate / standard local network rate, queuing is free of charge)

Our telephone service is available on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

In connection with the renewal, our old customer service phone number will be deactivated.

*When calling from outside of Finland, the price is determined according to the price list of the local operator.
